"German spec" E36 ///M3???

Hi guys, sorry for the silly question but what is the difference between a german spec in the dolphin m3's? Almost every one that I see for sale say german spec. Just wanted to know what it will have that a non-german spec may not have. Or are all the south african ones german spec? Thanks

Not sure if I am right, but I think the German Spec has the 3.2 and the non German Spec the 3.0. But I could be wrong.
