Hi everyone,

New member from Sydney, Australia with a SA built 325i Baur cabriolet with manual transmission.

We have quite a few Baur's here, but not many from South Africa! It's a bit of a novelty, and a bit different to German assembled Baur's.

Is there much of a following there for Baur's? Anywhere I could find out more info?

Over the years I've had an E28 528i, E36 318is, and drive a E46 325i as my daily.

Cheers,
Andrew

Good day mate, welcome to the club.

I'm sure the guys with the E30's will be able to give you the info you need.

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys!

The E30's have quite a following here, and the prices are now similar to E36's!!

Tourings (or station wagons to us) are quite rare, and are fetching silly dollars...

Welcome

It's pretty much the same here except decent E30's here would go for more than E36's. E30 Tourings are also very rare. I've never seen one in the metal before, but there are a handful around.
