Cedar Square is awesome but the Coffee Shop there closes early :(

We can also do Design Quarter, at the underground parking and go to Vida E Cafe or W Cafe at Woolworths

Also, there is a 24hr Seattle Coffee Shop at the Caltex on Witkoppen.

Hi Gents,

So, Version 1.1 of Cars and Coffee went off well, a good start off with around 20 odd cars. A good chit chat and some coffee and pics. The last lot of gents ended up leaving just after 7pm.

Lets make V1.2 a bigger, better one.

Had a chat to Fuzz, he suggested The Buzz if i remember correctly. There are a couple options in the centre and ample parking for the fanatics.

Are we good with the Date and Time? 7th September, 4pm -6pm?

Fuzz will sort the flyer soon...

Thanks
Arbee

Well I always find the buzz centre very busy
And honestly can't see space for everybody to park together

But lest see what the other guys say

Cool, i will try scout The Buzz next weekend, see how it is. Otherwise, please list alternatives?

Rowi, where did we go do the Photoshoot? Was that Cedar square? That might be a good option as the open parking was full close to the shops only and the basement was empty.

I thought about Broadacres shopping centre.
Cedar will work too. Nobody uses that underground parking

Lets go with Cedar then. We can always change it for the next one.

The parking on the Hooters side is always jammed - the parking at the McDs side is empty during the late afternoon... If the lighting is right, then we can get some awesome pics outside, but yes, underground parking is an option

Hi Guys,

So, from the initial idea of Cars and Coffee

Unlike the Midnight/Ice Cream meetups, this meet and greet should be held during the day, usually on a cold day to enjoy the Coffee and Cars, hence the dub "Cars and Coffee".

So, here goes... The second one!!!

Date: 7 September 2013
Day: Saturday
Time: 16:00 - 18:00
Venue: Cedar Square Basement or Rooftop Parking (Weather Dependent)

My suggestion is get coffee from the coffee shops above and chill around the cars and talk crap, etc...

Look forward to see you guys there!!!

Thanks
Arbee

Mods, please edit my initial post with the info above?

Fuzz, lets go with Cedar for this one. We can always scout and plan properly for the next one.

My plan is to get the first ones out the way, this way we can gauge the crowd and continue with the ones that gathered the most crowd.
