Hi Guys,

I have received a few messages with concerns as to what and where the funds generated from this fundrasier will be used/given. I had a chat to Charles (aka Twinz) and this is what we have decided:

1. Once funds are received we will create a "process of disbursement"
2. This process will consider the various charitable needs, on and off the forum.
3. Normally, people "request" help from such a fund.
4. A committee mandated to distribute the funds will decide who, what where the funds are distributed.

We suggest that the fanatics charity fund be depersonalized. Technically, its not about anyone. Its a means to assist undefined charitable causes.

The charity bank account has only received R300 (from 1 person) in donations so far. This event is less than a month away. Come guys!!!

Arbee why not set up a list of the sponsors/advertisers who will have their stalls there on the day? Do you have such a list? It might spark interest for some to see what is on offer, besides the photoshoot and heli ride etc.

Great Idea!!!

So far, this is on the cards, still busy finalizing:

1. Speed and Sound - Supporting Event Finalized. Stall -TBC
2. FR&R Tuning - Supporting Event Finalized. Stall - TBC
3. CarCandy Club - Supporting Event Finalized
4. Revolt Racing - TBC
5.

Response is picking up from the advertisers side. So i should be adding more to this list soon.

Please, feel free to spread the word, if you are willing to take a stall space for the day at R175 please let me know. Any and all funds will be allocated to the Charity Fund.

1 Series – Entry to event (1 Raffle Ticket) – R50 per car with maximum of 4 passengers

Entry to event and raffle - Allows you to bring in one car, with a max of 4 persons.

2 Series – Entry to event (1 Raffle Ticket) + Photoshoot – R100 per car with maximum of 4 passengers

Entry to Event, Raffle and Photoshoot - Allows you to bring in one car, with a max of 4 persons.

3 Series – Entry to Event (1 Raffle Ticket) + Show & Shine – R150

Entry to event, raffle and Show&Shine - Allows you to bring in one car, with a max of 4 persons.

Please state 3 Series on your email to us.


4 Series – Entry to Event + Show & Shine + Photoshoot (2 Raffle Tickets) – R200

Entry to event, raffle, photoshoot and Show&Shine. Allows you to bring in two cars to the event, only one car will be entered into Show&Shine and Photoshoot. Max 4 people per car (8 people in total). 4 series give you 2 entries to the Raffle.

As much as attending the event is good, what about donating towards the charity of this event.

PrevanP, the only member to donate thus far is not even going to be at the event, he is after all a DBN member. Thank you Prevan, your generosity will definitely be appreciated.

Come on people please attend ! The heli cost R 55000 per hour flying it is worthit I promise, buy the tickets most people never get a chance to fly in a military chopper even a Puma !!! 1200kw of power and capabile to pick up 7500kg mauw( external 3400kg) this is a meduim lift helicopter not this small things you see at the shows !!
