Good Day Fanatics,
With the recent crime statistics rising within our community the BMWFanatics Events Committee has been working behind the scenes to create awareness for the Fanatics who have been affected by crime or loss due to theft where it has negatively impacted lives.
As such, this event was set up in order to raise funds for Fanatics affected by crime. Bear in mind, most are able to pick themselves up by means of insurance, etc. We are targeting those that cannot, where lack of financial income is the case. All funds will be donated to such cases. If no deserving cases are reported, these funds will be kept for occasions as such or donated to a charitable organisation.
Together with the above, a percentage of funds will be donated to the Swartkops Airforce Museum for their generosity in allowing us the use of their venue.
Charity Definition Process:
1. Once funds are received we will create a "process of disbursement"
2. This process will consider the various charitable needs, on and off the forum.
3. Normally, people "request" help from such a fund.
4. A committee mandated to distribute the funds will decide who, what where the funds are distributed.
We suggest that the fanatics charity fund be depersonalized. Technically, its not about anyone. Its a means to assist undefined charitable causes.

From the north (Pretoria): From the Ben Schoeman Highway (M1/R28), take Exit 332 (Trichardt Road/Lyttleton) off-ramp. Turn left at the T-junction (direction Valhalla) onto Snake Valley Road and continue up the hill past the SAAF Memorial on your left. At the first traffic light turn left into Old Johannesburg/Pretoria Road (R101). The entrance to the Museum is situated about 500m down on the left.
From the south (Johannesburg): From the Ben Schoeman Highway (M1/R28), take Exit 330 (M10/Wierda Rd/Sunderland Ridge) off-ramp. Turn right at the T-junction onto Wierda Road. At the traffic lights, turn right into Old Johannesburg Road (R101), direction Pretoria. The entrance to the Museum is situated about 3km down on the right.
Event Cost is broken down into 4 categories:
1 Series – Entry to event (1 Raffle Ticket) – R50 per car with maximum of 4 passengers
2 Series – Entry to event (1 Raffle Ticket) + Photoshoot – R100 per car with maximum of 4 passengers
3 Series – Entry to Event (1 Raffle Ticket) + Show & Shine – R150
4 Series – Entry to Event + Show & Shine + Photoshoot (2 Raffle Tickets) – R200

On a weekly basis i will update the list of payments complete. If you wish to donate anonymously, please advise in an email with your proof of payment attached. Only Twinz and I will know who you are, the rest will not.
Tickets can be purchased on the day, please take note of the days agenda.
Raffle tickets and Prize:
A raffle ticket is valid for entry of one vehicle with maximum 4 passengers. This also enters you in a draw to win a helicopter ride in the Air Force’s Puma helicopter (The raffle will be done at 11:30am as the helicopter ride is scheduled for 12:00pm). You are not limited the number of raffle tickets purchased; the more you buy the more people you can invite to the event and the more chances you have to win.
Please note: The raffle is only for BMW Fanatics members. If we feel the response is slow, we will then open this to other car clubs. The event however will be advertised for all car clubs to enter.
BMWFanatics and Swartkops Airforce reserve the right to decline an entry at their discretion.
PhotoShoot:
Divio, the legend, will be available on the day to randomly capture the memories through his camera lens. Photo-shoot entries will be privileged to have Divio at their beck and call. Swartkops Airforce will provide an aeroplane as backdrop for some awesome pictures. Divio will use his discretion as to how many pictures will be taken per car.
Show & Shine:
Show and Shine entries need to be at the venue, on display by 10am latest. The judges will be walking around from 10am judging. Results will be released at 2pm. Judges will have a list of criteria; the following categories will be used:
Best Custom Modified (Aftermarket Modifications Included)
Best OEM Modified (Only OEM Modifications)
Best Old School (Older than 24years)
Best Wheel and Stance (Aftermarket or OEM)
We will choose 1 winner in each category.
Agenda:
Event starts at 09:00am – arrive, park and browse
11:00am – Welcome and raffle for Helicopter Ride (Please note, if you are not here at this time, you will forfeit your ticket.
12:00pm – Helicopter Ride
02:00pm – Show and Shine winners announced.
02:15pm to close of event – PhotoShoot with Divio
Food:
The Swartkops Canteen and Beergarden will be open and available from 9am to 1pm.
Halaal catering will be provided (To Be Confirmed)
Entertainment:
Dj Rishie Rish will be on deck to provide us some music through the day. His CD's will be for sale as well.
Car Clubs:
