I'd also urge that you report him to his affiliated pay-platforms. Best case would be that they drop him as a client.

I had a similar issue and contacted Payfast to report him - they were relatively helpful and gave him the kick in the ass he needed to get my order released.

Thanks Bayn. Have done so this morning as FNB would not assist(account on invoice). I am also tackling other avenues as we speak. Cheers!

People like this will not lift an eye brow to hello peter, or any review platform, so long as people still support his business.

Best solution is to have a mass turn out of disgruntled customers show up at his premises on a busy Saturday morning, and let any potential customers know of his way of operating, then take as man pics as possible with posters, and create a Facebook page (referencing his own FB page), invite news papers etc.

This will shut him down.

Can't we loot his shop also and do some panel beating

That's not a bad idea, but no use to get locked up and his business continues. First get his business to fail, then do the panel beating. Shovels work well.

Yea, unfortunately the banks won't/can't do anything about it (had the same conversation with my bank), so chatting to the payment platforms is the better approach. They won't want to be tied in with dodgy dealings.

Good luck!

Damn dudes,

Wish I'd seen this on Monday before ordering parts from this sheister!
Can't get hold of him, and he's not replying to my emails.

If I was closer to Joburg I'd break his legs.

Spoke to my bank this morning . They will reverse the transaction for me.

I just received my parts. I gave up, hence getting my bank to reverse the transaction.
I've tried contacting him via phone and email. No response at all.
I now have my parts and my refund from the bank. Should I pay him, or keep the money as revenge for all of yours who got scammed?

I would ask one of the other customers, to show me their receipt, of what is outstanding, pay them for the money/parts they waiting for.

Irrespective of what a total knob he is...The right thing is to give him the money. I would do it after I installed and made sure everything is fine.

Yeah pay him what he is do. Although I am not the most religious person, I still believe in karma. So rather keep you side clean.

I would contact his service providers to advise them of the type of business he is running.

I have had the great displeasure of dealing with Bruce Haralambous and G-Drive Automotive since January 7th 2017
I ordered 12 parts and received only 3 of them January 17th 2017. Nothing since.

You know the drill- Parts are in stock, delivery with in 24 hours, pay upfront please so we can process the order.
Was promised delivery time and again and then email replies just stopped as he ran out of things to say.

Beware Gentlemen. I have been taken for R4000-00. I do not wish this to happen to any other Forum members. If you want the emails let me know.

I am from Swaziland, paid over R3000 in March, I still haven't got any part delivered. His phone is off and he does not respond to emails. I wish someone could send me his location so I can get my money.
