Hi, so proud of my car I had to post my pics,
Filled bp, not bad for a car with almost 200 000km and software and downpipe,

Pictures seem blur, but was fine on my phone,
Consumption was 5.7l
Travelled 546km and could do 642 more,
Used less then half tank,

120km, but when we reached there average on car ws saying 109km, but I cant take credit, the wife drove lol,

I've gotten a similar range on a trip from Jhb to Dbn in Feb this year.... Was a quick day trip......

Average speed was between 160-180 kmph though, no passengers or luggage

Same here, this is like deja vu for me...

Cant find my pics nowm but when i droe to pmb, used Sasol 50ppm at the time, 571km done, 700km to go... best consumption on trip was 3.9l/100km and needle jsut crept under 3/4 mark, to the second notch...lightly above it...to say i was impressed was an under statement!

Some food for thought, tank capacity is 61L, there was approx 36L fuel remaining after the trip....that's approx 25L used for a trip of 565km...... 25/565*100 = 4.4 L/100km

The range here is what matters to me however......

car was sorted out at BMW,now running 7l/100 around town,saturday is highway driving,non stop for 8 hours:rollsmile:

Epic consumption, I went up to JHB last weekend averaged 11.8 going up and 10.6 coming back down to Dbn:yuck:

I never wanted a diesel or an automatic, until I drove both kinds. Fell in love straight away.

Then I drove a diesel automatic 2.7 turbo. Ohhhh man I was sold. Had to have one. Never looked back.

On my E90 I never got less that 5L/100 doing those speeds

Thanks guys, bear in mind I have a more aggressive map, I changed from the normal eco/fuely one to a more aggressive one, is mo still around, was wondering with Rolf gone, 7f I wanted to change back to first map or orignal who would have it,
