technical Front driver’s underseat speaker not working

How’s it?

Just bought an E82 with the business head unit and only noticed after buying that the front driver’s underseat speaker is not working. I did a quick search but couldn’t find a solution.

I’m not sure if the speakers are powered from the head unit or from an amp. Where should I start looking? Or is there any shop I can take it to in Jhb that can assist?

I am not sure what the business head unit is or whether it is powered from the head unit or an amp, but easy way to test if its the driver or something else is remove the drive and try power it from somewhere else.

If it's not the driver, then its a bit more of a mission to try and diagnose the issue. Check the output from the HU/amp (depending on what powers it) and if that is not the issue then it must be the run of cable from the HU or Amp to the sub under the seat.
