Hello Gentle men

I require some much needed wisdom, here is the situation. I currently own A Sedona red 135i have it for about 6 months no real issues with it, saying that I drive it probably twice a week. I love this car. HOWEVER I am trepidacious about keeping it for more then a year as it is getting on in age 2009 model 73k
On the clock.

So my question is where to from here price range 350-400k. I would like a sports car four doors would be nice. But something I can keep for atleast 5
Years on motorplan? Let's have your suggestion and input guys.

I would have considered it as well. I just feel dct or auto on BMW is not my cup of tea. They are lightining quick I know and would hand me a hiding while I pedal away, but the feeling of heel toeing your Beemer into a quick tight right hander while catching 2nd gear, gives me more satisfaction then launching like a mofo(Read : I love me some manual BMW) lol.

lol. for me its not the launch (havent tried launch control on it yet), its the relentless acceleration that i love about the DCT. and i stick it in sports manual and its just flawless. best of both worlds imo. DCT/PDK/DSG is the future, and i never understood why until i drove one. you dont need to go DCT. get a manual with much lower mileage.

St Lunatic has a 4 door M3 for sale in that price range, not sure of age, mileage etc

Yes I saw it but it's a 2008 which in that price range is great but outside of motorplan (in a year or two) might be scary to maintain. S4 maybe, but the gearbox is wrong their again. But I think I might be going that way if the year model and km are good. Will be sad without RWD though.

the only vehicle in the BMW stable with 4-5 years remaining on m/plan, meaning a one year old vehicle is the 135, or a 135M.

M135i does look interesting, Or do I zip my mouth and wait a bit, then get a nice late model LCI M3? these are hens teeth though , I'm confused now.

Can anyone comment on how well a manual M135i goes? is the manual gearbox similar to the coupe 135i?

That's going to be a tough car to replace.

Late model Z4 M-Coupe? It is a manual at least. Not sure what year these ended production on.

Logically, I think a E90 M3 V8, would be way to go.........
