Was today national idiot in a truck day or something?

Leave work, get on the N1 and glance in my rear view to see a Lfarge cement truck 15 cm away from my bumper at 120kmh, high way was full and I couldn't get away, totaly k@ked myself I couldnt get his reg becaue it was obscured.

Then onto the R300 and another truck, same and another, eventually self preservation got me driving all the way home at 60kmh in the left lane.

I always get nervous when there's truck around going faster then I am. What do they do when they need to stop when they have 15tons of momentum? It's a lot more metal VS your little road car.

3 weeks back I was stuck driving in between two trucks on my way to work, truck on my right decides to change lanes. I Could not get his attention, but manage to accelerate out and his bumper grazed my tail light.

Didnt get his reg, just pulled over in shock!
