:=):

Hi Guys, Im new to this whole Forum thingy lol..

Just wanted some advice,
Im in the process of buying a 1986 E30 320i 2 Door Bmw :inlove:

This car is immaculate, and i cant seem to find anything wrong with it, the only thing i have found is that the seats fall back- towards the back seats when i play with the lever to move the back rest, but im sure that can be sorted out, The buyer is asking for 37k and i would like to know if this is a good purchase or not? I know its hard to find cars in this prestine condition and as well as 2 door beauts... the car has had 2 previous owners and has original mileage @ 170km, the has been standing for around 13 years, but is in full running condition.

My plans when i buy it or if i do, will be to Slapp a E30 M3 Body kit on her and drop the E36 M3 Motor in her,

Im open to suggesstions and advise on whats the best option or avenue for me to take

Thanks Guys...

Look forward to hearing from ul..

Shweeet!!

IMO 37k is a bit steep... That being said, an E30 is about passion, not price! :praise:

E30 M3 kit requires lotsa work - refer to the bootlid / rear window work... Personally I would go MTech two kit, but that's just me  Good luck tho, would love to see the end product

you might want to start with something a little more broken with the mods you have in mind

well like i said im open to suggesstions i mean, i would like to have something sort after when im done ;) one of a kind product..

I have the M3 kit already, its all in fibreglass, just needs to be fitted on the car, its got everything, from the fenders to bumpers and bootlid, soo i just need a really good panelbeater to put the pieces of the puzzle together and a good spray and then il have the car of my dreams :)

where can i find the Mtech 2 kit?

Also what is your suggestions for power wise?

I would just get a shell and work it up from there... Its going to cost way more than you think :)

If you going to be happy with keeping it stock only then would I pay 37k on a mint e30 to do a full restore on...

welcome , im asumming this is a chromie ? if so its better left with an mtec 1 kit tho ive seen pb's with an mtec1 kit that looked the business,

on an e30 m3 note , best to get the suspension to match the kit and that kit needs expert hands to look neat,

engine wise , go for boost on the existing lump , m20 ftw! im biased,

or go for m50 ,much cheaper
