Flooded Garage

My dad finally got his car back yesterday!!!!

New fogs, and sprayed front bumper :)

But for the R50K price tag for a new exhaust, they did not even fit new tail pieces.. just put the old ones back.. so they need a nice polish & will look a lot better.. I was surprised at how easy it was to pull them off, means anybody could just pull it off while parked at a shop or something..

I need a nice chrome one for my E46, might go pull one off another BMW if I see a nice one somewhere...

So this the last time we taking any of our cars to this specific dealer.. just go to hellopeter.com & see how many bad reviews there are about their level of service!!!

Will even consider driving to zambesi auto, as so far their service on the new car has been tops...

Aren't the tips supposed to welded on or fitted with a screw? Wouldn't be surprised if BMW couldn't even fit the tips properly.

I checked under the car, and the rest of the exhaust look brand spanking new & shiney & not a single scratch on it

So the office had floods again this weekend (Friday)...

at about 445pm my Fiancé came home & said the roads are flooded as it was raining hard. I said well we must go take a look at the office as the Jeep is parked there now..

We get there & check the area, doesnt look too bad.. then check the river next to the office building & its flowing like crazy.. So i decide to take the Jeep home.. 15 minutes later it flooded!!!!!!!

These photos are the aftermath of the floods.. was worse than before (1st flood jeep was there, about 15cm deep, 2nd flood E60 was there as shown previously in this thread, now number 3 about 1.5m deep).. if the E60 was still parked there it would have been totally submerged...

The red Merc, was parked on the other side of the garage

From the video you can see how the river is much higher than in the pics.. that was still at a safe level...
