First time BMW owner - CPT

Hi guys!

My name is Badee and I'm a first time BMW owner from Cape Town. I must be honest and say that I've never been much of a BMW fan - Read on before you kick me off the forum:=):.

My interest was first in classic cars - My first car was a '74 Beetle Fun Bug. After 2 awesome years of ownership, I craved something faster and more comfortable. I then found myself into hot hatches thanks to my GF's DS3 and another friends Mk3 GTi. Thanks (or not thanks) to my dads long relationship with Fiats in the form of Uno panel vans and Strada bakkies for his business, I ended up with a Stilo Abarth. While it had its downfalls, the car made me smile whenever I drove it and up until today, 2.5 years later, I still haven't had enough of that NA 5 pot noise. Naturally, I craved more speed and while my dream was to turbo the Stilo, it just wasn't going to be viable. I needed to keep up with my GF's now new 2016 TT so I fell in love with 90's JDM beasts. The R32 GTR is what I lusted after, and even though I knew it wasn't practical to daily, I just didn't care. I loved the I6 and I needed boost!!!

Enter the 2014 F33 435i

By far the most comfortable and enjoyable car to daily that I've owned! Passive when just going about my business and lekker fun when the hammer drops. It's completely stock and my only dislike about the car so far is that the exhaust isn't vocal enough!

Mods I want to do:
-Front splitter
-M4 kidney grilles
-M4 mirrors / M4 mirror cap lookalikes (is this a thing?)
-Carbon boot spoiler (I like the one the guys put on the M4, but don't think they fit the F33)
-Rear carbon diffusor
-Bigger tailpieces

I wish I took more of an interest to BM's a little earlier. My GF's (now my fiance - wife in 2 months) brother had a 1M and offered me the chance to drive it so many times! It's sold now:hammerhead:

Picture time!

That 435i looks magnificent! Welcome to the forum!

I presume your car is still under motorplan? You can always look at a motorplan friendly exhaust upgrade if you require more vocals?
