First time BMW owner (and loving it)

Really great car this... and they hold their value relatively well.
I remember a few years ago.... I got drilled by one of these in my old Fiesta ST. What's worse, the car had about 410k kms

One important maintenance to do would be valve stem seals and replacing your CCV. Going to be doing my soon.

Congrads bud :bravo: Great choice!

Looks very neat.

Congrats on the purchase, and welcome to the 330i clan:chef:

I would just inspect the DISA valve asap if I were you. If it appears fine, it should be fine.

Also check if your coolant is running between 93 and 96 degrees on the open road through the hidden OBC menu. If not, get the thermostat replaced asap.

If you love the sound of the car as it is, dont fiddle with the exhaust. You will gain next to nothing by removing the 4x cats ito power, contrary to popular belief.

Personal opinion, but I really like the e90's BMW style 194 17" on the exclusive pack e46

Thank you everyone for all your kind words and valuable information on things to get checked out. :ty:

One question: I am searching the forum everyday a little more and more, but still struggle to find a recent or dedicated thread where event are being organised in the Jozi area. Would love to attend something like this. Any pointers?
