I hated this car back in 2010, was one of the few beasts around to give my S3 a thrashing of note at Tarlton. good to see it still gets the love and attention. Well done GS :thumbs:

After owning the car for 6 years I finally decided to take the plunge and change the look. My wife had the misfortune of bending one of the rims slightly so I decided to have them all redone. I used Hitech in Alberton and they where very efficient picking up the wheels and dropping them off.
I went with gloss black which is hard to photograph well but I must say the wheels really pop at the right angle.

I am now looking for a new front and rear bumper skin to restore the car fully body wise. 6 years of shopping trolley and curbing have taken its tool. Once it goes in will be doing the mirrors, kidneys and roof in gloss black too. With the rear light going with the hella white lines.

After 6 years and 62000km of serious torque the rear shocks do not feel like they use to and its time for a upgrade with KW DCC all round.
I also got new engine mountings and the bushings will be changed front to back.

Hopefully this will give the car a new new feel again.:joy:
