All done in my garage. No speeding necessary.

Very cool feature on the JB4. The gauge performing the 270+ degree calibration sweep on startup. Reminds me of the Subaru STi.

Lol didn't immediately see those but did had a look at the distance travelled from the 1st and 2nd pic....was like...nooo this wasn't on the road :rollsmile:

All E90s can do this 'test' or something similar although all the warning lights are usually on.

That's pretty cool - Lexus and various other cars do this too. LOL, yep revs and speed with both the handbrake up and the gearbox in P would an interesting prospect!!! :rollsmile:

:roflol: Almost caught me, then I did a small calculation. 280 mph is around 440 kmh, one for the record books, and when did BMW start marking speed in mph anyway, unless it's an american import. Only then did I spot the errors! GOOD ONE! :biglol:
