There is never any cost for the map back to stock or to flash again.

The cost is the labour for the person doing the flashing back. If it's one of our agents it depends on them, it's normally around R 350. If I do it myself I won't charge labour but it's pretty hard to get hold of me, I must be honest.

Thanks for the reply. Would have also appreciated a response to my email where you said, it is "no charge" and I also told this to your agent on calls prior to the flash back to stock, and he didn't say at any point there will be a charge.

only10min before the flash to stock , whilst driving, was I told that it will be charged. Prior to that all emails with you and discussions with Alistair was that it was free.

In future, please provide clear advice as to the cost of the procedure if anyone else does it.

The money doesn't bother me, it's just the lack of communication and the principle.
