Feeler: parting out BMW E30 318i

Hallo all,

A feeler, buying complete car that was in a front end/side smash to rebuild my car.

Will be sitting with a lot of spare parts in the end, so maybe if someone else is looking for E30 parts when I'm done?

E30 318i 1989 plastic bumper, I think it has the Bosch relays. The car was in a front/side smash, so will see if the parts under the steering wheel are still alright - need some off days from work to get things organised ...

They all have the siemens one afaik. The 1800s. Its the fuel pump main relay...like 7 pins I think. Ill get the part number tomorrow. Mine is broken. Had to bridge some circuits and couldnt get the housing back on so not ideal. Hit me up when you had time to look it over.

I'd be interested in getting the front lower cover thingi's next to the brake cooling ducts. And the lower lip if it's still intact and if you still have them

The car was in a front end smash, all gone, why don't you just make up covers from fibreglass and paint it, or put in fog lights?

Lower lips at an excellent price at iS Motorsport in Lenz, or Autostyle who are more expensive but also keep them.

Was just taking a chance. It's for my dad's E30 - he's been missing those pieces for a while now and it hurts me every time I look at the car.

Im really keen on the kick panel. If it has the switch for the headlight tilting even better.

Got the car this weekend, saw a kick panel lying in the trunk, haven't seen for which side, think it is for the left, footwell on the right destroyed, my friend very lucky he was not crippled by the accident.

I have the switch for the headlights lying around somewhere, got it from a 325i I had a few years ago, both my 318's do not have this switch. don't know how the system works though, looks like with vacuum or air pressure? PM me with an offer.

Pff nah im actually after the kickpanel only. The switch would have been a plus as I have been offered a set of headlights that supposedly works with this.

Seems my search continues.
