Hey Cleo, I was just yanking George's crank, we do it all the time. Don't take anything I said seriously. Welcome BTW. I will be running my V8 at Matuba if I can get the logistics right. I'd like to line up any normally aspirated V8 M3 when I'm there. Our other V8's that ran 12.4 will also be there.

Bru its in the middle of nowhere hehe. ODI has a event at the end of the month with 400m and 1km runs so it would be a good start for you to put some numbers down. ODI is about half a hour out of Pretoria on the North side.

Hey Cleo, from all this u certainly rule the records when it comes to M Powered Cars. Why does everyone love to hate u? Why does everyone try to beat u? Cos UR DA KING ekse and No one can touch ur record.. But I'm glad we gona move the benchmarks we set further this year...its gona Rock..let the guys bring 6A and 8A cars..maybe we can run some of our 6A cars against 8As from JHB for fun..lol..will be fun and surprise for Elvis and the Chip-munks lol...Stop making ur own catergories for car like first fastest bmw with 1 seat with no spare tyre and driver with one arm or. one limb...and just come and race!..and try and break some records..Cleo is ryt...we hold all the records and as much as ppl sit on the internet like hairdressers and tell customers or readers they are the best..it all just gossip..that is what hairdressing is all about...Stay on ur porch if u want internet records...or cum here (kzn) and race the with the big dogs...cos we r ALWAYS AHEAD

Congrads to Loco on your 12.6 run!

At loco there are times on your 6A record that dont show, like the ffg: Mahen E36 2dr 12.8 (n/a), E36 4dr 12.81(done at SnS Event in 2005), E46 M3 Yathin 12.70, Logan 12.88 E46 M3, if you look or dig up into kznmrc results like You did, you will see that 12.9sec runs are done by me on a wet track, due to rain... Why is it that you guys dont write about that! Its because it is Chip Logic Vehicles or whats the deal

If the driver wants to be on the list then they need to contact us. There are thousands of drivers out there and we're not here to chase them either. If they want to be on the list, then pick up the phone and let us know of your time, track and date. Simple as that. No one bothers sending us any information regarding the Durban stuff and most of it is hear-say too. When we do get results then we do accomodate. The KZN guys have been published in the past too, including Mahen and Yathin, yet nothing was said. Generalising us against Chiplogic is a harsh accusation. I'm sorry you feel that way considering we've had no business dealings with the brand whatsoever.

Could you please pm your email, so i can send you the proof of times done, thanx! No business dealings with brand whatsoever...Didn'nt you call Chip Logic for help with setting your CAMS on your CSL!?

If there something strange, in this neighbourhood, who you gonna callll ............... record busters.

On a serious note I explained to Cleo that each person must submit their stuff to get recognized. It would also be nice to see some pictures of these cars. Also keep in mind that these records are only Valid if they where done at a MSA event.

Next question: Joel when you going to run Loco on the 1km, I reckon that will show the CSL's true colours. BMW's official figures only have the CSL .2 seconds slower over the 1km than the V8 M3.

@George: You know me well George, I never hold grudges against anyone. Besides, the industry is too small for such things. I have the utmost respect for OB - yes he did advise me on a few things, for which I expressed my sincere gratitude for. I'd be happy to try out the 1km, should be fun. Let's do it together at the next event, I'll give you a head start.

By the way, Raymond Pillay ran a 12.2 with his m3-powered E30. NOW THAT'S IMPRESSIVE! We finally have a Beemer as the quickest 6-cylinder car in the country.

Hi Loco, I dont think this is correct. If you use the link below which I copied of the Chiplogic thread, you will see the MSA times for the Fast, Furious and the Glorious Drag event which took place at Killarney on the 27th of December.

On the day Raymond managed a 12.482 and not a 12.2. This would place Cleo at the top in the 6A list with that record breaking first run on Sunday. You will also see that you recorded a 12.691 and not a 12.6 flat. I think we all know that we need to be very accurate here if we need to determine who is the fastest in the land :)

P.S, if the link does not open just copy it and go onto the net. You will see the MSA results for that event (cannot upload the PDF for some reason)

Thanks guys. We know the car has abit more in it. With a proper coastal map, I think a 12.3 is viable.
BTW, that was Darryl driving his lady around. I'm already up in JHB.

Hey Loco, I do not have a problem with you at all, I actually like your car and the fact that you represent M3 and 6A,
I do however have a problem with people that sell software and bad mouth tuning shops for no reason or to gain business and fame,
Its always good to have competition, and friendship is more valuable that competition, most ppl don't realise that when it comes to cars, no hard feelings mate.

I did state in my post to sherwin that the 6A class will be set again this year, and its set @ 12.3, it will be lower soon.

Your CSL Rocks mate and it Looks Hot too, if it we're manual...it would do much better times hey, Manual Csl, that would be someething, not hard to do either, maybe you should try it.

Cleo, I think right here on this forum you should post who said what? Because I will expose them for the liar that they are. If you are referring to me, I did not bad-mouth anyone. Next time call me & ask him when you hear something. Most of the time you will find out it's some 3rd party that's lying or twisting one's words. You have my permission to expose the 3rd party. I do not bad-mouth any company.

Great stuff Sherwin! There isn't really any need for anyone to put others down, the work and achievements should speak for itself...

Some two cents worth that not everyone will hear Sherwin saying.

Im not defending him or anyone else but I have often heard Sherwin tell me directly on many occasions , OB is the KING when it comes to tuning BMs.

Food for thought IMO.
