Fanatics favour : does anyone live in Bethlehem Free State?

As the topic states . Looking for a fanatic to help me out please. I'm in Cape Town and there is a car I want to purchase. Just looking for someone to view it and give me the okay. Will probably use a transporter there after to get it to cpt . Willing to pay a small fee for the help.
