I'd like to personally send out a special thanks to Gordon (Flash) and his buddy Adolf for going through all the trouble of helping me with my car (again). This time was for a mere oil service, but since I have never tackled a service on my own, not even on my old Jetta, I was a bit skeptical about doing it on the BMW.

Gordon went all out and brought along the appropriate tools required, rags, a new set of trestles for me, and (yes ) bubblewrap!!!

The both of them taught me all I needed to know about servicing my car myself for future attempts, gave great advice and made it a really enjoyable experience. Was really great fun.

This was after the Wimpy meet this morning where I got to meet more great Fanatics, and caught up with the ones I already know. Got to chatting a bit with Jandre and Uber Soldat (eventually) .

So, just a hearty thanks to all the Fanatics for being a generally great bunch of people, always friendly, always making any event enjoyable, and again to Gordon and Adolf for all the help!

i have also noticed that fanatics are very helpful and will do anything when another fanatic is in need,especially when in another province on holiday,they make you feel right at home:thumbs:

and also when the charity events are held,fanatics stand together to help those in need and make there life a little bit more comfortable
