Fan blowing warm air

For some reason when i start my car, then fan inside the car turnson and blows warm stuffy air even though the car is cold. What could this be?

For some reason when i start my car, then fan inside the car turnson and blows warm stuffy air even though the car is cold. What could this be?

Which model?

On my e36, I had this issue besides for no aircon gas my air control unit was faulty (switching on and off on its own etc)...
Had it fixed... was a capacity that was faulty, common on e36 with the electronic control unit.
