Fan and thermostat

Hi all

Need some help
At what temperature does the fan come on and the thermostat open on an E90 320i 2009 model.
I am testing it right now and on 101 degrees the fan has not come on as yet.
The thermostat still hasn't opened as the bottom pipe is still cold.

it should be at 120 if im not mistaken.

So the fan came on at 102 and dropped to 99. After a few revs it started dropping further. The bottom pipe did also get hot so the thermostat seems to be working. The fan however worked on a low speed. When does it kick into high speed
