I would probably go for the 320d when the time is rigth, or maybe the 328, because the 335 is a little bit out of my range.

I think the 328i is going to be pretty impressive!

The new 320i is probably the biggest surprise, that engine is a great step up from its predecessor.

Also, was looking at the new 2L turbo engine (N20B20) and noticed the second one in the list. Possibly the 325i rumor that was floating around? At 163kw, it's got a good amount of power.

Base F30 320i is R30 000 more expensive than it's predecessor, but i think it is worth it. A much better car in my opinion. More power, iDrive standard and much much more torque!

Alot more expensive than it's predecessor. I can only get a 320 with what i paid for my 325 :thumbdo:

If I use my current ride as a deposit I will be able to look at the 335i, but thing is I REALLY want to keep my baby. My eldest is turning 14 years old, so in a few years she will be able to get a learners and start driving, so the idea is to give mommy's Honda to her, mommy takes the 325, and I get to buy what I want within what the budget allows. :thumb:

Dr. Evil, at the moment I am pretty much still budgeting with my overtime included. If they were to take all my overtime away i am pretty much screwed, so thats what i meant by saying what my budget allows... well, at least thats what I'm telling myself, ok!

Expensive and the rim options are boring :bangdesk:

Very much agree...I dig the M5 rims and even those new razor style ones that Audi brought out. BMW have done some strange things for 2012, going conservative in all the wrong areas.

+1 - When will I be able to afford a BMW again
Fortunately they do not have much second hand value, so expecting to pick up one for a better price in two or three years time, or when a facelift model arrives

I am really leaning towards a 5 series, or an X-series, but I am also seriously considdering a Z4... but all in good time, I must just be patient. :=):
