JB4 and backbox delete. If you lose your plan you will still have 80K+ to play with.
This makes absolutely ZERO sense to do. There are cars where an approved mod makes sense, but in this instance its a 320i and cars with more power than that from the factory exist particularly when you factor in the the cost of mods. The Schnitzer chip for M cars was nearly R100K but then they provide their own drivetrain warranty as well (however, this runs in parallel with your warranty so you can't fit it at 5 years and get another 2 years of warranty for instance - this works in countries where motorplan doesn't exist and there is only warranty cover but now that it is no longer motorplan friendly its a more difficult sell here).
This is similar to another recent thread about buying M-Sport bits and transferring them to a luxury line or sport line car... unless you are getting it at a heavy discount or off a crashed car, it never makes sense to do so relative to just selling and buying the car that has it already.
I don't doubt for a minute that JSN has done plenty (and x35s as well) as the Schnitzer chip was only made non-MP friendly relatively recently. Also, some guys had been financing these mods incl MPPKs by adding them as extras when buying.
