F30 335I auto PPK2 fuel consumption

I decided to put this thread here so that everyone can see as i find that some people just go to the section where their vehicle is.I feel everyone should see this.
These images are from my F30 335I that has the full PPK2 conversion and not a diesel car.
On the open road these car's are very enjoyable to drive and doing testing is not a chore.
Let's begin by saying that i tested this car when i just bought it and posted a thread if you can get close to BMW's claims. At that stage I achieved 6.4L/100 and thought it phenomenal.
The PPK2 kit makes the car far more responsive and ECO PRO feels more like COMFORT so not at all a let down and this mode was used as it also has the coasting coupled to it.
My journey meter was reset and we left Vereeniging.Look at the time and distance travelled as well as the average speed on the images.I also used the speed control to keep the speed exact because i wanted to find the "sweet spot".
On the image you will see this turned out to be at 1600rpm speed 95km/h on speedo but 90km/h on the GPS.
BMW claim in their Manual 5.5l/100.I managed 5.4 initially and just as we got to Potchefstroom 5.3L/100km.
What can I say. The PPK2 definitely makes the motor more efficient (probably with better timing curve) as well as giving the extra oomph.
I would just hasten to add that these 8 speed autos do not conform to the old method of saying that a car uses roughly 30 percent more fuel in town.In town this car averages more like double the open road figure.
If you are someone on the open road this car and conversion is definitely for you.If in town a lot buy a F30 320d.

Those figures are phenomenal on paper (or shall I say OBC screen). :praise:

How many Km's do you get on a tank?

My one associate gets close to double in his 335i with a light foot! :nonono:

Got 860km on my first tank and 870km on second tank.I don't drive dry so tank only took 51 litres.Remember my car does 95% open road.

WOW thats amazing  Wonder what the best on my m135i will be
I have tested my M135I auto 8 speed on the same route and could not get better than 7.2L/100km.
Having both i use the F30 solely for open road and the M135 for town.
