Anyone running one? I'm considering it and would like some install/removal stories as well as discussion on what figures can be expected with the unit installed.

In touch with him - considering buying his JB4 and doing my homework. ;)

Still debating whether to go for JB4 or a BMS Stage 1... and no closer to making my mind up.

I know that the JB has a bit more boost, and is a "better" product, but put off by the CAN wires splicing and a less stealthy install (I've used posi taps a lot - you can definitely spot that a wire has been "crimped" by one).

Has anyone ran a Stage 1 on an N20?

U dont have to splice the wires. It just taps into the CAN wires and can hardly notice once removed.

Well, to "tap" it you're actually splicing the wire. This is what it looks like:

So it's definitely visible if you know what you're looking for. Also, it's unlikely that when removing and refitting you'll be able to get it in exactly the same spot, leaving a bit of wire effectively uninsulated and prone to moisture ingress. Unlikely, but possible.
