F30 328i slight hard start

Looking for some advice, in case someone has had a similar issue.
I have a 2014 328i (infamous N20 engine I know). Noticed that if it has been parked for a while, it cranks for much longer than it used to. Recently changed battery so it swings fast the whole time.

I’m wondering is it could be fuel pump going out or maybe something to do with timing chain? 137k km on the clock now. No errors on the dash at all as well.

I put in a new AGM battery recently. It swings fast but just takes much longer to fire up. Almost like it is building up some pressure through the cranking

Did they reset the system that a new battery was installed, not sure if that would affect your start but know it affects the alternator charging etc
