Excellent for the 328i  do the same test with the same driving style but in sport+ and box in DS if you have the auto.. in town my 320d is better on consumption in sport than in eco pro mainly because the power is on tap instead of having to push the engine..
Strange.., kind of defeats the purpose of having a eco pro, or is your eco pro lighter on the extra urban run?
Nice figures Naruto
Hey Sash,
From the info I have Eco PRO runs the car @ 80% power, the boost really just does not kick in, maybe it's different on the petrol motors but with the torque being low down on the diesel it just does not kick in so I end up revving the engine then the power floods in @ 3k RPM to change lanes...
So I keep it in sport so that I can just seamlessly take a gap, the other stupid thing is the start/stop because in slow moving traffic it really is useless.. Just cruising along with no traffic Eco is fine cause you don't need the power..
Open road I usually run 50/50 between Eco and Sport+. Eco has its place but for me just not in start/stop traffic..
