Hi Guys,

So during a recent trip to SMG Durban with a friend who was looking for a car, this 320d caught my attention... Had a quick look around and my impulsive side kicked in 😂, so I had to leave with it..

Its a 2016 LCi MSport
Usual options along with front PDC and Hi-Fi Loudspeaker System.

Overall it's nice to be in something newer again, I really do enjoy DIY maintenance and the usual "revivals" I'm known for, however a break is always a good thing.

Some pics of when I collected her:

First thing to do was a full detail by Detail Xcellence in Durban, really happy with the outcome. I opted for a wheel off full correction with Gtechniq Crystal Serum topped off with Exo for ultimate protection.

Currently have some bits from @FiRi@Rennzport to be fitted, will hopefully get that done this weekend.

I see that you have the gloss black window surrounds.
There is a known issue on M-sport LCIs, where the gloss part rubs against the car's body and you hear a creaking noise at slow speeds.
If the inner part of the gloss plastic (where it meets the car body) is painted matte, then this may have been fixed by the dealer.
Some used 3m teflon tape on the bottom of the gloss piece.

Thanks bud, aware of this issue. A few friends experienced it, almost inevitable on these cars... Still on motorplan for now so will get them to sort it before it expires.
