a lot of people have budgets , i think it will sell well!!

A lot of people have budgets, and wants to drive something with a premium badge to appear well off.

What else can you get for R340K these days?

Add R40k and you have options

But then again, some people have a budget of R340k and can't go higher.

For R340k you can get a low mileage E90 330d/335i with quite a bit of MP left and lots of toys, if you're prepared to search a bit... oh, and apparently you get better build quality than the F30 too :fencelook:

Yaaaay can look forward to lots of tales from my mates explaining how their Honda /Toyota/What random crap they drive buggered up a BMW on the way from work .

Because I promise you many an idiot will mpack and sport pack a 316 rather than get something decent .....

Inexplicable one cannot be the ultimate driving machine in a tumble dryer kicking out 100kw :thumbdo::thumbdo::thumbdo:

I can picture stories about 316i's tjooned up to 320i levels with just a software upgrade :blab: & with another map, it will be within 328i levels if not faster :bravo:

There has always been a entry level with little power, e36 316, e46 318, e90 320. They all were not the powerfull versions, and all came in sportversions as well. Was and still is great BMW products.
