F20 Power steering

I tried driving my car last week only to turn the power steering, there is a loud and weird noise coming from the steering, I suspect it could be an electrical problem since it's an electrical power steering, although my local mechanic said it could be the Steering rack and i wouldn't want to buy the power steering and to find out its not the steering rack. Does anyone know anyone who can help me diagnose this car to know what i am faced with. Car is not drivable with 31000km in Pretoria.

Apparently BMW cancelled the Motor plan since i bought it from the salvage company.

Ahh, ok.

Not sure of any BMW specialist in PTA. You could have Tuntech diagnose for you but they in JHB.

Hi gauys I have a question about steering in my Bmw 318d 2011 sometimes when I turn I here'd some small noise I don't know what it is do it is about power fluid it not much or something else ? Tomasz uk
