F20 Headlights

Hi there,
I crashed my F20 118i Xenon headlight on the right side. I bought a used xenon headlight on Olx for R3500 and when i fitted it on the car, i noticed the DRL is not working on the new headlights. Does it needs to be coded or the bulb for the DRL is faulty? Please advice.

If you had DRLs before then it should be plug and play...

Sorry to say it but it might be why it was sold in the first place, perhaps the DRL is stuffed? Can you swop the ligths to see if it works on the opposite side loom? Not sure if it will throw an error though..

Are all the lights working when the lights are switched on? I'm guessing your saying the angel eye / ring lights are not working?

If not and the angel eyes powered by a single bulb like the e90s. Then the bulb could be out.

Yes the angel eye / ring lights are not working, but the full light is working and the indicator.

These cars have one LED module per ring which should be mounted underneath the headlights. They are damn expensive and good luck changing it.

If he still has his old light and its not FUBAR he could just swap them out
