I know the schnitzer/ wagner cooler is available but cant justify droppping almost 17 000 for one.

Who else can make one locally? I have seem local stuff and they look and work really well.

Any of you guys know of someone/company that make decent coolers locally?

Speak to Marius at full boost performance. I would suggest trying to get the core size of a tried and tested cooler and possibly end tank dimensions so that he can fabricate a similar setup. I would also suggest that you insist that it is flow and pressure tested prior to fitment and final payment. :=):

Remember, not all intercoolers are built the same. The choice of core is very important. In fact its the core that really matters in the end.

Building a nice pretty looking intercooler would not matter much if a cheap chinese core is used. Such an intercooler will do more harm than good. In fact your stock cooler will be waaaay better

Effective intercooling requires that you find an optimum balance between air speed and cooling ability.

Most chinese/cheap cores come with a rather fantastic air speed but doesn't do the job it suppose to ie: cooling the charge

If you getting someone to build you a cooler, the first question you should ask is what core he is using. If he cant answer that then he is not your guy. Or maybe he is your guy and does do good work but then you need to supply the core.

Bell and Garrett make some of the best cores in the world - fyi just in case you decided on getting the core yourself..
