No thats probably wheel power. I saw one at WRC dyno day and that ran pretty much the same power figures

Correct, engine power.

If it was wheel power then you can add +- 15 to 20% for drivetrain losses.

So 395kw 15% = 454kw at the fly. Does not compute.
