I think you should try to maximise what you can get from them with the assistance of an attorney.

They have cancelled some guys motorplan's at a whim. So maybe it's payback time.

I take a photo of my mileage and give clear instructions "NO TEST DRIVE"

I actually pay extra for the netstar cybersleuth service, so I basically just logon to the website from my laptop and it gives me the driving history of any date I choose, told me what speed and where these clowns drove my car :) .

Open a case of negligent driving against them. The person who drove the car at those illegal speeds should go to jail.

Damn if it was my car I would force them to let me install JB4 and if you don't tell neither will I

My last service at Princes VW in Benoni was with my GTI 5, they took photos of everything like mileage, fuel, spare wheel, tools, exterior etc. it was the 1st time they ever did it, the only problem they never took photos of f**k**s that stole my car from their carwash while their lazy ass employees were on lunch and left the keys in the car. Then to add insult straight afterwards there was a mean storm and Netstar couldn't fly, all we know it landed up going into Tembisa.

So it's still not nice what they did but at least you got your car back!!

Dude what did the dealer do.

I can imagine the poor oke that had to call you

spoke to the big bosses of jsn, they are privately owned , after i threatened to take it up legally, I was asked not to by the owners. so I was compensated a full tank of fuel, and lifetime free service on the car that i sent in + 30% off my next purchase of a vehicle at the particular jsn dealership! decided not to take it further, not worth the time and money for lawyers . the person that drove my car was also dealt with accordingly...

Free service??? Wow that's cool. Does that mean they pay for any parts that need replacing? Basically unlimited motorplan?

Are you sure it's free anything? Not just free SERVICE as in oil, filters, plugs?

And make them give you a contract stipulating this please!!! DO NOT go on verbal contract. You want it in writing.

I've already signed the document thats sitting in the big mans office. it said any part that needed replacement due to wear and tear. clutch , brake pads. basically anything that needed replacing.
