Yeah you can't, can pretty much just do one of two things, replace for the sake of replacing when the car is over 100k km or you just have to be alert for signs that it is leaking, coolant smell, increased operating temperature, loss of coolant, low coolant warning etc.
I prefer the former as knowing that the tank might and being prepared for it is one thing, but i don't to be stuck next to the road or be put in situation where i can't stop safely and run the real risk killing your motor, and in this case even buying the tank from the dealer seems like a small price to pay compared to the alternative of possible motor damage.
