I dont think you understand....
It was close to 37 degree's at the time of the shoot at 3pm in the afternoon...
It was painful! Frankly I think she did a good job under the circumstances. :shocked:
I got back to the lodge in Hout Bay at 7pm and after sinking into a ice cold pool... Drinking 7 glasses of water. Myprodol, rehydrate, bioplus and pain killers to get rid of a giant Migraine and applied afterburn to my skin and have about 3 chocolate bars I still felt like fainting and being sick.
It was just far to hot with almost no wind... :bawling:

Im using a Fuji Finepix S700. Just a general semi compact camera. Your pics make the cars look like toys :clap:
Being in the back of the GP was fine. I had the strut bar to hold onto and the floor dips so I was quite secure.

Mike your pics are really high standard stuff. Time for a photo-book...:thumbsup: I can see some of the mini owners blowing up their rolling shot pics to 1 meter sizes...damn nice stuff.
Question: Did you have your flash on all the time? For some reason i could not even see or hear mine going off...some of my pics could have been (light) filled in better...but i was battling out in the heat...

I did originally use the flash on my camera for the group shots at the Table Bay Hotel. I found the sun to be slightly vicious.
I however had to stop using the flash as it was causing the camera to overheat and well... At once stage I had to blow air in the vents on the side of the camera to cool it down as it was malfunctioning.
I also use landscape mode when I shoot cars. As it lightens the shadow areas and give you both close and far focus e.g. - Cars in focus and Table Mountain. It also helps give sharper results.
The thing to remember is that although it says landscape etc... Often those modes work very well in other environments.
You and I should get together with Twinz and we can experiment with your camera and get some shots.
