Excessive brake shudder

Eish, i need help, my beemer shudders excessively when i brake between the speeds of 100 and 80km/h, i have done tyre rotation, balancing and even replaced the control arm bushes. what else could be the problem, it's now frustrating me?:dunno:http://www.bmwfanatics.co.za/images/smilies/iono.gif

Please provide more info like car model.

What bushes did you replace and did you use oem parts? Did it improve? 100-80km shimmy is usually a control arm problem.

it's a late 95 540i e34 bmw, yes i did use oem bushes.

Tie rods ends? Also your discs may be warped?

i took my vehicle in for the discs to be replaced, this past weekend, fuse number 28 in the main fuse box blew, and the power steering just became heavy, the servo pump stopped working, i replaced the fuse and it blew again, question is can the servo motor cause a short, because fuse no.28 is linked to the servo unit.

Power steering not soft any more, servo not operating, fuse no 28 blows in the engine main fuse box. please help, the power steering failed after wheel alignment

is it sensitive to lateral wind?
if so the shudder and sensitivity could be caused by worn shock mounting pads. so check the front strut setup if you can.
