I had my X3 rear brake pads and discs replaced at @xcedeperformance and the experience was superb.

Had a chat to Juvan on Friday about the rear brakes.
He had my car booked in on Monday Morning at around 10am. My car was ready before 3pm.

Juvan kept to his indicated timelines and updated me over what was a relatively short time regarding the progress of the work. Their pricing are superb and original BMW parts sourced.

Phenomenal stuff Juvan and Xcede.

Wanted to commend @Xcede Performance based on my recent interactions with them. I dealt with Juvan (again) and can only say that he is a humble, authentic, honest and transparent guy, who listens carefully to what you need or what your concerns are, and ensures that Xcede follows through with excellent service thereafter, ensuring you are happy well after your engagement and doing whatever they can to make sure you are sorted and happy with your car.

Shout out also to the workshop personnel at Xcede, specifically Laurence, who are technically adept and very experienced.

The quality of Xcede’s work, enhancements, servicing and maintenance is excellent. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Worth noting that for the advanced machinery we are driving and trusting our lives with, you want to go to a place that is not the cheapest or quickest, but which offers the highest quality and best customer service. @Xcede Performance is one of the few around that continuously meets these needs.
