Its not often you get people who genuinely will go out their way to help one and other, its sad really... However, within TheFanatics, its members will leave what they are doing and help another, with a smile on their face.
This post comes after my parents were held up in KZN, me being in GP with no means to get to parents on time i posted in a whatsapp group my predicament and i had all the KZN guys jump to assist. Luckily, at this point my parents had been moved to safety by neighbors and family. Knowing help is just a call away really put me at ease.
Didn't end though... A day later, getting hold of my parents proved to be a nightmare as both their phones were gone and they were not staying at home. So, they needed phones. Another request for help and i was pointed to members who i should contact, i made contact with GGM, who arranged a spare phone within minutes it was ready for collection. Contact Kish2604 who dropped his afternoon errands and picked up the phone from GGM, RICA'd a sim card, loaded airtime and delivered the phone to my mum.
I cannot thank the KZN guys enough for going out their way and assisting a fanatic in need.
We may not be born brothers, but brothers we are!!
