I took the car in to mechanic who mostly specialize in BMW for fitting of the drive belt as it was broken while I was driving that was done fine but now,the engine light / power reduced popped up,it once did the same thing 12months (90000km +-) back whilst still under motorplan and the dealer told me it was a loose injector or something. Now the car takes long to crank and misfires on cold starts, once its warm and at idle you don't feel or hear the misfire but once you press the accelerator to get power it vibrates and shakes. sometimes if you turn it off and start it again it works fine but the moment you hit on the gas engine light comes back and comes in limp mode.
I learned that the high fuel pressure pump was changed at 58000km (previous owner under M/P) and now car is at 127000km.
anyone knows of these symptoms?
