EGR delete and Swirl flap removal

As I would like to get the most from the car, I want to do an EGR and swirl flap delete. I don't want to attempt it myself, because I am really not familiar enough with engines and will likely leave it worse off. Does anyone on the forum do these?

Swirl flap blanks can be bought from eBay, however right now is not a good time to rely on the postal services to bring anything into the country for you... Another strike is on the way, and he haven't even recovered from the last one.

You won't easily find a workshop that will do this for you, as it's more an enthusiast's way to prevent damage occurring rather than regular maintenance. There are plenty DIY's on the net to help you out. I did one too, somewhere in my thread: http://www.bmwfanatics.co.za/showthread.php?tid=40650

It is a relatively easy job and you don't even need blanks for the swirl delete. Check my E46 DIY link in my sig for the DIY.

I'll go through it and give it a go, would you mind getting the occasional panicked pm for when I (very likely) screw things up?
