Edition M Sport

Hi All

I was looking on the BMW site and noticed they have another Msport option!?
I tried going through the details but i couldnt see much a of a difference between Edition M and M, perhaps only bigger Rims. Do any of you have an Edition M Sport? or know what the extra R30K gets you?mgwaiting:

The new Edition Sport Line Shadow will include options like the black inserts for the headlight assemblies and taillights, new accents around the kidney grille and inserts in the lower air ducts. The exhaust tailpipes will come in chrome black. In addition, the specific exterior of the BMW 3 Series Edition Sport Line Shadow comprises 18-inch light alloys in a double spoke design boasting the exclusive color Jet Black.

The cockpit of the edition models features an instrument panel with a new, distinctive contrasting seam, an instrument cluster with upgraded features as well as the new sports steering wheel. The sports seats come in a fabric/leather combination, the interior trims in the new variant Dark Aluminum Carbon with accent strips in Pearl Gloss Chrome.

Looks like you get LED headlights and foglights as well. So other than some bespoke interior trim and some black trim this seems like a package of pre-selected options :fencelook:

Looks nice but I am not sure its almost R30k worth of nice. Especially if they are subtle changes that you would have to explain to someone who doesn't know.

BMW starting to follow the CITI Golf route. Change a few cosmetic items and market it to those who less suspecting.

They're running out of ideas in my opinion.

Ok I was wrong, in the post that I linked it seems like they are saying LED headlights are going to become standard on the F30. So I really do not understand where the 30k goes to.
