E91 320i cylinder #2 not working (N46 motor)

Hi all,

My 2006 E91, 320i N46 motor, started this morning without one cylinder working.
I have swopped coils, spark plugs, as well as injectors - but the same cylinder is still not working. Then I also traced the wire from the injector to the ECU and tested fine.

Can you please help me?!

Enjoy your day, Pieter

If you in the East rand area, you can bring the ECU past so I can test for you. Coil failure on these motors are common, and at times they take out that channel on the ECU as well.

Well if you in a jam, you can always Postnet it to me. I have a jig here where i can properly test these specific ecus for full functionality. I should make a youtube vid of it one day and post on the group.

Yeah, but the risk is always that I make secret sauce available for competitors. Hence my reluctance to do it. There's no friends in this game.
