E91 (320D Touring) service indicator

The motorplan on my wife's 2006 320D expires at the end of June.

We bought the car in February indicating that it will need a service in 6000km so it was suppose to work out nice. It would have it's last service just before motorplan expires.

Problem:
The service indicator now shows service required in 3000km, but the problem is that is been like that for the last 800km.

Question:
What is BMW's policy in terms have having a car serviced under motorplan. Can i take it in earlier or will BMW refuse to service before indicator says "0"

Cheers

They will do it with about 1000Km each side of the 0Km left...

The harder the car gets driven, the quicker the indicator comes down.. the slower & nicer the car gets driven the slower it comes down..

The other day at the skidpan i did 150Km but my indicator for service went down by 400Km's

Whats the mileage on the car? cause it might be a good idea to just extend the motorplan by another year & NO Mileage.. I just did my dads 2006 E60 525i & cost R5k for 1 year extra & no mileage..

If you go into BMW and ask for that, they might tell you they cant do it.. but make them send in a query to head office..

Unless your mileage is nearly at 100K Km then its pointless to extend for a year..

hope you understand what i mean
