The airbag sensor? I have heard if you discon that then the airbag warning light will stay on.. BMW have to reset it then :fencelook:

Not always. I disconnected the battery the other day to remove the steering wheel buttons and airbag. Reconnected everything and no warnings came up.

I had a similar starting problem.... thought it was the fuel pump at first but it was actually the spark plugs that were causing the problem... the guys that serviced the car replaced my platinum spark plugs with those twin spark ones:thumbdo:. after i changed back to platinum plugs, she fired up on the turn. :thumbs:

The friendly city is not so friendly when it comes to services offered!!
Two weeks before i had guys on the forum giving me the the fix:bravo: instead of the people who do this for a living....and still charge for it!!!:thumbdo:
Is there anyone who sells the diagnostic and key coding equipment and can also teach me to use it......methinks here is a great business opportunity especially after the service i got!!!
