E90 Warning Lights

Tried to google search but came up empty.

I had new tyres fitted this morning and after leaving the fitment place, a few warning lights popped up :

1. Run Flat
2. DTC
3. The handbrake light, but its yellow

i have tried to reset the run flat warning but it wont do it.

Please help

Can't you reset the tyre pressure on the dash? Can't remember the sequence now but that's causing the other lights to come on as well.

I wonder if they stuffed up one of your brake wear sensors - sounds very similar to what happened to me some years ago when I decided to strip the brakes on my E90 to inspect, clean and lubricate with copper grease (which clearly the agents had neglected to do), and in the process of me doing this I managed to damage the wires going into the front brake sensor. When I turned the ignition on I was greeted with the same warning lights iirc. Next day I bought a new brake wear sensor and replaced the damaged one, problem solved. However now that I am reading this again, I don't recall seeing the RFT warning light - think it was just the ABS and handbrake. Check this BMW E90 Series Warning Indicators...

What else did they do, just fit new tyres? Even if the TPMS was not initialised, there would not be any warnings until you drive and brake which is when the system will detect any change in pressure - this also happened to me many years ago. New rear tyres fitted and forgot to initialise - they didn't inflate the tyres to the same original tyre pressures, so only the next day when I was caught by a red robot and had to brake a bit harder than normal I got the RFT warning pop up! Checked and adjusted the pressures after the tyres were a bit cooler, then initialised the TPMS.

These 3 lights are Linked to a wheelspeed sensor issue. Probably dirt or faulty sensor. Remove the sensor from behind the hub and clean. Since you can't tell which one it is without reading codes, just do all four.

It having a handbrake warning light, i would assume its a rear wheel sensor that has a possible issue

Hi there. That's a steering angle sensor fault. They did wheel alignment with out re calibrating the sensor for straight ahead.

+1 on alignment....

Had it on my e90 330i when alignment was done and steering angle sensor not calibrated...
