E90 tyre repair kit standard?

Hey All,

I have been informed that when buying a E90 or similar, that BMW included a tyre repair kit in all the cars?

I this true, or was the tire repair kit an optional extra?

When I purchased both my E90 and F30, the kit was included at no extra cost. (Well, at least not visible on any invoices etc.)

Mine didn't come with one. Then again I don't know if the previous owner sold it for drugs etc lol.

I think from a certain MY they did include, as my wifes e87 came with one and this was in 2011.

yep the LCi models from mid-2010 and onwards had it as standard (most that i know of) & the pre-lci was an optional

yep the LCi models from mid-2010 and onwards had it as standard (most that i know of) & the pre-lci was an optional

I did not get it on both my E90's. Pre-lci and on the lci. Then again I bought mine at Leo Haese Centurion :smashScreen:

Could it be that taking out the tyre kit is part of the PDI? Only in SA of course...
