E90 stands for up to six month at a time...does & don'ts when starting up again ??

Hi fanatics
okay i have this Q&A please i work away from home and don't get the chance to drive my car as she suppose to be driven regularly... i'm away six to seven months at a time and the car don't drive at all for this period

i normally do a oil change with BMW CPT wen i come back home just to have peace of mind,anything else i need to do wen i go back home witch is on 7/29/2015 .i have owned the car since 2011 got her on 96000K and she is on 156000K now ,she do park in a garage for this period if anybody is wondering...Since Ive had the car i don't feel that she is sluggies or anything she response well wen she get open road,i was thinking of doing the carbon clean just to have that peace of mind and that it has to be done one day for sure :skit:

So for all the diesel heads out there is there any advise for me...it would be

I would say that you should also pay attention to the cooling system when you get back, or at least every twelve months do a cooling system flush and clean.

The problem with the car standing for such a long time is that the water pump and other the metal parts of the cooling system is also "standing in water" for this period, ever seen what happens to a piece of metal that has been in standing water for 6 months, not good :RedNo:
